The final phase of this transitional home was completed in 2024 with the conversion of the ADU into a 5th bedroom suite, serving as a linking element to the main house. Over the years, the kitchen, living areas, and bathrooms were upgraded, along with updates to several finishes. These improvements fulfilled the owners' goal of modernizing the home on a modest budget, while ensuring it could be enjoyed year-round.
