The Aspen Alps Modern home was a complete gut, including new heat and windows and restructuring of the 3-bedroom condo. When remodeling, our team created 2 bedrooms and larger common spaces. Willis Pember Architects won the 2020 Award of Distinction from the AIA Colorado for this property.
